Happy 2 years Levi!

Today my baby turns 2!!

I am so in love with this kid! We all are. Lately I have been reminded what a blessing my children are, and today I am especially grateful that this little boy is my son. I just wish he could stay little a little while longer...
Here is some info about my little 2 year old...
1.  Levi is learning to communicate well but he doesn't have a lot of words yet.
2. He is very into letters. Throughout the day he will bring me various foam bath letters and he will practice making each letters sound. He isn't very accurate matching up the letters with their correct sounds but that will come in time.
 3. Levi LOVES babies, they make him giddy. He especially loves his baby cousin Sammie (a little too much at times, sorry Sam!) It almost makes me want another child because he would be such a fantastic older brother (the key word here being almost).
4. He is definitely a 2 year old, over the past few months he has picked up the two year defiance, and he definitely has the 2 year old tantrum figured out.

5. Like his sister Ella, his hair is taking its sweet time coming in. Oh well. The kid is cute anyway, I mean look at him.
6. Levi loves cars and balls like most other boys his age, but he  likes to rock his sisters shoes and necklaces every so often too .
7. Levi loves his siblings , and they think he is pretty great too. I feel so lucky to have such beautiful, sweet kids who love each other so much and play together so well.

Tori Graduates!

This Wednesday Tori had her Preschool graduation. I can't believe that my little Tori is going to be headed to Kindergarten this fall. It seems like we were just attending Landon's Preschool Graduation Where does the time go? Tori's preschool teacher put on a really cute program for the graduation. The kids sang some songs, they got awards and their diplomas, there was a slide show, and then  there was cake and punch for everyone.

Tori is by far the smallest kid in her class, but she has some really big boys in her class. She was sitting by the biggest kid in her class and I thought it was kinda funny to see the size difference.

Tori was awesome on the rhythm sticks. We were really impressed, but not too surprised, she is our most musical child. 

We love Miss Debbie. I am thinking of kidnapping her and taking her with us when we move :).

Every year they make these cute t-shirts for the preK class. When we got home Landon had to find his and wear it to bed.

Can you find Tori? Apparently she also drew the picture of Miss Debbie.

Tori is 5!!

Tori is 5 today! I can't believe that this little girl is growing up so fast. I can not express how blessed I feel that 5 years ago we were able to welcome this sweet little girl into our lives. Tori adds so much joy into our family, she has the kindest heart and she is full of compassion and love. She is the best sister and daughter. She is a beautiful person inside and out and I am so happy that I get to be her mother. Happy Birthday Tori, I love you!

They did it again....

At least it looks cute from the undamaged  side.

I think my kids hate me. This week is a crazy stressful week for me and Ella couldn't help but to add some of her own drama into the mix. After repeatedly telling Landon to put away his pencil box (that contained his scissors) so that his siblings would not get into his stuff, Ella got a hold of previously mentioned scissors and decided to give herself a haircut.  Here's the damage (she did not have bangs before):

The above picture is the "fixed" haircut. I am not gonna lie I don't love it and I want to cry and/or curse every time I look at her.
Remember when Landon cut Tori's hair? I think this is worse!
