Canceled!

Today in the middle of Senior Primary a member of our Bishopric walks in and says "Have someone say a closing prayer we are going home. The roads have been deemed very dangerous and the Authority's want us to go home." After closing up we all start to get ready to leave, the Primary President's daughter (who is in Young Womens) comes in and asks if maybe we should leave the chairs up in case the other ward was still planning on having church. Her younger brother turns to her and says "Haven't you heard? The roads are canceled the other ward won't be coming in." I laughed pretty hard.

Yikes. what were the roads closed for? I thought about you twice today. I was sitting next to Grandma at jeremy's blessing and looking at grandma's hands and they reminded me of your hands. they're the same shape. ahhh,... And then when we were singing the songs. I was listening to grandma's voice and she reminded me of you singing right by me too. I miss you pal. Love you,

They didn't close the roads they just thought it would be better if we all went home before the road conditions got worse. The little boy in primary misunderstood that church was cancelled because of the road conditions for the roads being cancelled.

so what was wrong with the roads? wind, rain, snow, giant marshmellow men??

hahaha Jodi, it was snowing and windy so we kept getting white outs which made visability bad. One of the things I miss about living out West is the mild winters.
