Christmas Cards

I sent out our Christmas cards a week ago, so this may not be anything new to a lot of you, but for those of you who I don't have addresses for here is our Christmas Card for the yearThe picture quality isn't that great on here (I scanned the card in and our scanner is not great) but I think that they turned out super cute!
I hope that you all are enjoying the holiday season. We are, I love the Christmas season and it is so much more fun to spend it with little children who are super excited about everything. That being said I find that I do get a bit of cabin fever with it being so cold and snowy outside and no car to go anywhere. If any of you have any suggestions for fun indoor activities that don't require a lot of money (Christmasy or not) I am all ears.
One of my attempts to change things up was to paint the snow again. I am going to be honest, it didn't go over as well as I'd hoped. Landon seems to enjoy the snow much more this year so I had visions of him running around spraying the snow with his food colored water filled spray bottles and making a beautiful snow painting in our yard. Well that didn't happen but I think Landon and Tori had fun. I just think it was too cold to really spend a lot of time outside. Here are some pictures from our outdoor activity

so cute! Where did you get the girl's dresses? I'm having a hard time finding any matching dresses in the right sizes...

Tara, this probably isn't too much help but I got their dresses off ebay, but they are Carter's dresses.

I love Ella's big gloves! Classic! We get cabin fever too sometimes, I think that some days are just going to be like that. It makes me miss Las Vegas...

Oh, Tori's big gloves. Oops, sorry. I mix up my own kids names all the time so I guess it shouldn't really shock anyone that I mix up the names of other people's kids too.

So I forgot to say,.. Hey thanks for the Card. I got it in the mail on Saturday I think. and I loved the news letter too. I pinned the card up to my pin board in my kitchen. I don't remember who's sister in law runs this blog, but maybe you'd like to try bath finger painting,... Real Mom's Blog

Oh that's right it's Shayla's sister-in-law's blog,...

you've probably already seen it then,... I will point you to a couple things my old Roommate Stephanie has done then. Stained Glass & bubble snakes I only found one that was something to do. hmmm,.. going to the library isn't really indoors is it,..so that's out. we always helped make snacks when we were little,.. making peanut butter balls was a fun favorite,.. (mix peanut butter and honey,.. then roll in oats) or ants on a log,.. or some such nonsense. I'm out of ideas,... i'll keep thinking,.. (another fun thing we did was we got these mirrors that we would hold in front of us and look into them at the ceiling and walk around the house pretending like we were stepping on the ceiling instead of the floor. One other really fun thing we did as kids was listen to our cassette tapes like Mickey mouse disco and some old classic farmer songs or something like carrot stew and jimmy cracked corn etc,.etc. or chariots of fire and we would run around the mini trampoline and the house while we listened and danced to our music. yeah,.. they're not good ideas, but that's all I have for now. You can learn how to make homemade play dough,... you can make cookies and use actual cookie cutters letting the kids make the ones they like and decorating them,.. etc. etc... ok seriously I'm really out of ideas this time and this is way way too long of a comment. sorry.

I love the Christmas card! Good job:) And I wish you guys lived in our apartment complex, because I feel the same way all day. I was actually just thinking today while I was cleaning about how I wish I could somehow get you guys over here so we could play today.

I am so excited to send out Landon, Tori, and Ella's Christmas gifts!!

I am gonna get them each a little stuffed animal, and then I have a cartoon DVD for each of them! Cheap, I know, but I am running low on money. :(

I loved your Christmas card, and the very cute blue and brown outfits, and the matching card!

The snow pictures are so cute, and make me glad I'm not walking in snow right now.
